Headband Pattern

This headband doubles up as a makeup hairband so whether it’s winter or summer it’s a great project if you’re looking for a quick and easy make. The pattern below is based on my head size so you can simply add or reduce rows for the perfect fit for yourself.

Materials:
Yarn: Cygnet Yarns Chenille Chunky, Sorbet
Crochet hook: 4mm

Headband:
1. Ch 13
2. Sc 12, starting in the second st from the hook, ch 1 (does not count as st), turn
3-59. Keep working back and forth in the same 12 sts as per row 2, you’ll ch 1 (does not count as st) and turn at the end of each row
Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing the headband together.
Place the two ends together and sew across, the side with the seam will be the inside of your headband.

Bow:
1. Ch 21
2. Sc 20, starting in the second st from the hook, ch 1 (does not count as st), turn
3. Sc in each st
Fasten off and weave in loose ends.
Tie around the front of the headband with a single knot and pull tight.

Ta-da! Your Headband is complete!🥳
